Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Optfio account and associated data. Your request will be reviewed and verified before any data is removed.

Use the email address associated with your Optfio account.

What happens next:

1. Our team verifies your identity and account ownership.

2. Any active subscription is canceled.

3. Your workspace records and uploaded files are deleted.

4. Your login account is removed.

5. You receive confirmation when processing is complete.

Already have an account? You can also request deletion from within the app under Settings. Information submitted through this form will be handled according to the Optfio Privacy Policy.
