By creating an Optfio account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Optfio is a software platform that helps content creators organize the business side of their work, including content planning, production pipelines, sponsorships, contacts, analytics, finances, brand assets, and tools. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected compromise. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Optfio offers three plans:
Payments are processed by Wix (Base44 Payments). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your subscription renews on the same billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or reverted. We will attempt to notify you of payment issues.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing or Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period, after which your account reverts to the Starter plan.
A formal refund policy has not yet been established. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@optfio.com with your transaction details. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
You retain ownership of the content and business information you submit to Optfio, subject to any third-party rights. You grant Optfio a limited license to host, store, process, display, and back up your content as needed to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and store any content you add to your workspace. Optfio does not claim ownership of your content.

These services are governed by their own terms. Optfio is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers beyond its control.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the Service. We may add, change, or remove features, including plan-specific features, with appropriate notice where required.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that it will produce any particular business results, revenue, or commercial outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Optfio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. These provisions should be reviewed by a qualified attorney to ensure they are appropriate for your jurisdiction.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your workspace data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Governing law and dispute resolution terms have not yet been established. These should be confirmed by the owner and reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or by email where required.
